Indie Rock Influencer Application
We're looking for people from the community with real, unfiltered voices.
Band submissions just opened for the chance to play the Anti-Anemoia Festival at the legendary Webster Hall.
Over the course of the next three months we'll dive headfirst into the NYC underground: sweaty venues, half-broken PAs, sticky floors, and late-night sets. We are searching for three unsigned bands who are ready to own that stage in September.
May 24, 2026 - Indie Rock Influencers Confirmed
May 24, 2026 - Street Team Announced
July 6, 2026 - Bands Announced
This isn't just about the bands' music. It's about the build-up.
We need someone to capture the chaos and the magic. That means getting to know the bands, attend rehearsals, subway rides with gear in tow, and witnessing the first time a chorus actually lands. From selection to the soundcheck at Webster Hall, you'll be there to tell the story as it unfolds.
You're not just on camera. You are the camera. We need someone comfortable in front of the lens and sharp behind it. Someone who can shoot, cut, and drop content that brings the road to AAF to life - preferred but not a deal breaker!
Examples of sounds we are looking for:
Alternative, Indie, Shoegaze, Garage, Surf, Art Rock, Experimental, Modern Rock, Classic Rock, Psychedelic,
Post-Grunge, Post-Punk.
The Role
Part-time. Grassroots project pay. This is a local role for AAF reps who know the city.
If you've got grit, charm, and the instincts of a documentarian, please apply below.
Submissions close May 17th.
